The Village Hall building was constructed as a school in 1865, it was closed in the latter half of the 20th century. Since then it has been used as a Village Hall, which the whole community can use and enjoy. Many residents of Knipton attended the school and are now enjoying it as a Village Hall!

The Village Hall Committee, a small but dedicated bunch who meet on a regular basis run the hall. It is a suitable venue for meetings, social events, such as birthday parties and coffee mornings, parties, quiz nights, meetings, social events, evening classes and anything else requiring a well-equipped village hall!

The hall is equipped with a fully fitted and recently refurbished kitchen with cooker and fridge, cutlery, crockery, hot water and recently refurbished disabled access toilets.
